DEEP SEA DIVERS DEN CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Please note DSDD must receive at least 48 hours notice from you when choosing to cancel a reservation. In excess of 48 hours notice all money paid to DSDD will be refunded. Cancellation refunds are not given within 48 hours notice. This includes factors beyond your control including medical problems, airline delays, bad weather, etc. - "Trade Practices Act 1974". Travel insurance is highly recommended.

    OPEN WATER COURSES

  • DAY 1: Failed Medical; Full refund. Cancellation for any other reason a charge of AUD$85.
  • DAY 2: AUD$170 cancellation fee.
  • AFTER DAY 2, no refund will be given.

       PROFESSIONAL COURSES

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations fees:

    a. More than 21 days before course commencement date: 20 % of course fee
    b. Within 21 days of course commencement: Full course fee.

 DAY TRIPS AND LIVEABOARD TRIPS

Deep Sea Divers Den strongly recommends that you have travel insurance as well as appropriate dive insurance. Dive insurance can be purchased at Deep Sea Divers Den prior to departure.
